Today at the supermarket I bought Sargento artisanal shredded cheese. (it was on sale).
Now sargento makes good cheese, but I fail to see what is so "artisanal" about shredded supermarket cheese.
I feel like I should say something here because I love artisanal so much, but I'll just go shopping now.
