Don't you just love blank faxes? I asked for a medical history, as well as medication history, not a blank fax with the patient's name and DOB again. I already have that info!
If you'd like a second opinion, I concur with vanity press.
"Confidence" is hardly the word I was thinking of.
Geesh.
I'm sure the salesmen for the automated medical records said it would be a wonderful way of helping other physicians and bringing us into the utopia of free flowing medical information.
Maybe this is all the HIIPA rules would allow to go through? LOL
